Why I am running…
Raised by a father who was a school teacher and a mother who was a paralegal, I learned early the value of education, fairness, and perseverance – focusing on collaboration with others to develop shared visions based on data and insight.
These lessons have guided me my whole life, and in my career as an engineer with a dedication to solving problems by taking a reasoned, common-sense approach while compassionately balancing the needs of those affected.
I strongly believe Portland deserves better! Our incredible city faces unprecedented challenges that disrupt the affordability and livability of its residents.
Our city has a GREAT OPPORTUNITY, but it requires leadership that listens, acts, and puts residents first – together we can restore hope and renewed enthusiasm for Portland's future.
