We are in desperate need of some changes to the current city council representation.
I have been listening to folks during my outreach to voters.
They have expressed frustration on a broad range of topics, including barriers to affordable housing, discarded needles, rising property taxes, continued difficulty in navigating City Hall to obtain building permits and opening businesses, and adopted Council policies not in the best interest of the city and its residents.
They want solutions not “lip service” in making our city safe and affordable for all its residents. I agree.
Clearly, we need a voice of reason and common sense in addressing the challenges facing our city, which I believe I can bring to the Council.

Ensure fiscal constraint to address rising property taxes
Improve navigation of city hall for residents and businesses
Lasting solutions to homelessness and addressing the strain on social services
Reduce our carbon footprint and address sea level rise
